a. Partnership & Listing

• Merchants must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their services or products.
• TerraSell reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any merchant listing without prior notice.
• Merchants are solely responsible for the quality, pricing, and timely delivery of their services/products.

b. Commission & Payments

• Merchants must pay the agreed commission to TerraSell as per the agreed payment cycle.
• Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent delisting from TerraSell.

c. Use of Customer Information

• Merchants are strictly prohibited from sharing customer data with any third party.
• Direct dealing with TerraSell’s customers using collected data is not allowed; if found, the partnership will be terminated.

d. Service Accountability

• TerraSell is not liable for any product damage or service failure caused by the merchant or its staff.
• Complaints or claims arising from merchant services must be resolved by the merchant within 3 working days.

e. Contract Termination

• TerraSell may terminate or pause a partnership without prior notice due to breach of trust, fraud, or complaints.

• Merchants may terminate the contract with 15 days’ written notice.

• By using TerraSell’s platform, users agree not to misuse or reverse-engineer the site.
• TerraSell may restrict access to users violating its policies.

b. Intellectual Property

• All content and software on TerraSell’s platform are protected.
• Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is strictly prohibited.

c. Limitation of Liability

• TerraSell is a facilitator and not liable for disputes between customers and third-party merchants.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss.

d. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer data is protected and used only for business purposes.

• We do not sell or share customer data with unauthorized parties.

• This data is used to process service requests and communicate updates.

• By contacting us, you agree to receive calls or WhatsApp messages during business hours for service-related updates.

a. Repair Services

• ₹199 visit charge applies even if no repair is done.
• ₹349 per product if service is accepted (additional part costs apply).
• Final quote is provided on-site. If declined, only ₹199 is charged.

b. Property Services

• No charges for property site visits.
• 10% of property value must be paid to book.
• Remaining 90% due before registry or legal processing.
• Transfer/documentation fees are borne by the customer.
• No refund or replacement is provided post-sale.
• Customers must verify property details; TerraSell is not liable after name transfer.

c. Product Sales

• No refunds after purchase.
• Quality must be verified at installation. No replacements/refunds post-installation.
